We have partnered with the leading national home improvement retailer since 2011 to undertake planned and reactive maintenance for all fixed fire suppression systems across 299 stores in the UK and Ireland.
We provide 24/7/365 emergency call-out cover. For this contract specifically, our KPIs are call-out focussed: 4-hour initial attendance for emergency jobs and 7-day attendance for all other faults.
The contract is managed by a dedicated national account team, experienced regional service engineers and weekly test engineers.
We also manage a programme of proactive maintenance works, including Water Storage Tank ROVs (Remote Operated Vehicles) which prolongs the lifespan of the tank through early identification of minor repairs or refurbishment works via internal inspection. We have provided a tank condition report for 210 stores and undertaken a subsequent programme of refurbishment works. In addition, we have conducted aged fire pump replacement programmes within an annual budget.
